Pinky Tejas Mehta

Pinky Tejas Mehta leads Admin and Operations at Sandipani, overseeing the day-to-day administration of branch operations and business development. Her role spans admissions, fee collections, inventory management, petty cash approvals, internal branch operations, and staffing, working as a key personnel in the growth of the organisation. As an experienced educationalist, combined with years already spent in the field, she joined the organization in December 2022, s a Center Head. Since April 2025, she is serving as the Head of Administration.
Before joining Sandipani, Pinky’s experience ranges from a mathematics teacher for grades 1 through 9 at the Indian International School in Japan for five years; Assistant Branch Manager at JAS Finance; and an Assistant Maths Teacher at Mahesh Tutorials. She brings 8+ years of experience across education and operations.
Among her proudest achievements at Sandipani is designing and launching the Mindful Math program.
Pinky holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and completed a Montessori certification course. She describes her working style as centered on managing people and communicating operational focus to drive results, and is guided by a simple personal philosophy: “Be calm, think wisely, get it done.”
