Deepali Sachin Kallungal
HR, Training and Business Development
Deepali Sachin Kallungal heads HR and Franchise Business at Nachiketa Learnings Pvt. Ltd., the company behind Sandipani. She has been with the organisation since May 2017, growing from center leadership into a role that now spans end-to-end HR, teacher training and franchise business development.
Day to day, Deepali oversees HR processes across the organisation, drives lead conversion and operational onboarding for the franchise business, and runs ECCED (Early Childhood Care and Education Diploma) training the company's framework for developing teaching-level talent across branches..
She currently leads business development for Sandipani's new Vasai cluster and oversees the Gurukulam program.
Deepali joined Nachiketa Learnings as Center Head at the Ramdev Park branch, Mira Bhayander in 2017, where she built the center from scratch to be fully operational by achieving set targets. She went on to become Supervisor cum Internal Teacher Trainer (2019–2022), designing training content and raising the bar for teacher performance company-wide. Since 2022, she has served as ECCED Trainer, building a complete curriculum for the certification program and running multiple training batches, and as Gurukulam Head, developing an entirely new business vertical for the organisation. Most recently, in November 2025, she took on Business Development for the Vasai cluster — recruiting and training staff at the new location while shaping its marketing and growth plan.
Before joining Sandipani, Deepali spent three years in sales as a Relationship Executive with HDFC on a cross-sell product line, and a year as Center Head at Tree House Preschool — experience that gave her an early grounding in both business operations and early-years education.
Among the milestones she's proudest of: setting up Sandipani's internal and external teacher-training benchmarks, and building Gurukulam from the ground up as a new vertical spanning recruitment and training for teachers and evening managers across every branch.
Deepali Sachin Kallungal leads HR, Teacher Training, and Franchise Business Development at Nachiketa Learnings Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Sandipani. With 11 years in early childhood education, she has built the organisation's internal and external Teacher-Training benchmarks and has launched Gurukulam, a new skill enhancement program for students across all Sandipani branches. She holds a B.Com from Royal College of Arts, Science & Commerce and is ECCED-certified. Her guiding philosophy: "Learn, Lead and Inspire."
