Preeti Jajoo is Product Research & Development at Nachiketa Eduventures Pvt. Ltd., where she leads the research, conceptualization, and development of educational products and learning resources for preschool children.
With 12 years of experience in early childhood education and product development, Preeti oversees the complete product lifecycle—from identifying learning needs and researching new ideas to developing age-appropriate, purposeful, and engaging activities in collaboration with design, content, documentation, graphics, and production teams.
She joined the organization in April 2015 as Centre Head at Nachiketa Learnings Pvt. Ltd. and went on to hold dual responsibilities as Centre Head & Curriculum Head and later as Curriculum Head, Admin Head, and Preschool Book Designing Team Lead. Her hands-on experience in centre management helped identify gaps in the preschool curriculum, leading her team to develop proprietary preschool books and learning systems.
A key milestone in her current role has been the development of the Brain Basket I.Q. Enhancing Kit—a comprehensive collection of hands-on games and activities for Playgroup to Senior KG, designed to build logical thinking, problem-solving, memory, concentration, creativity, fine-motor skills, and early learning through play.
A Bachelor of Arts with an ECCEd certification, Preeti brings a hands-on, research-driven approach to innovation. Her philosophy is to combine learning with meaningful, hands-on experiences that make skill development engaging and enjoyable for children.
